Does he have any wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey... stuff?
My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

On our Disney MED Cruise last summer we dropped off two sets of mickey gloves to guest relations, to have them signed, and they were in our state room the next day signed by pretty much everyone that you can see on the cruise. The kids loved it.

Spaceballs in on BBC right now.. and the part where they discuss the new movie technology, where movies are available before they even hit the theaters just came on..
Got a chuckle out of that.. cause who in 1987 would have honestly thought that would be reality 20 years later ;)
(And don't forget the Talking Yoghurt doll .. "May the Shwartz be wit-chu"

So back to the original question, are we pretty much in agreement that is ok? It' might be really interesting to do on our surprise cuise in Dec. We are going for our DD's 16th birthday and a book of birthday wishes from the Disney gang might be a real special keepsake. What do you all think?

From everything I've read on this post, it looks like "go for it" would be appropriate. :)

I was on a Disney Wonder cruise last month, and did this. I stopped by Guest Relations on the second day of the cruise (the first is always insanely busy), gave them my items to be signed (2 photo mats), a pack of sharpie markers, and a bag of sweet treats for the characters, along with a thank you note. We had the items back the day before the end of our cruise, and all of the characters that were available had signed it.
It's always better if you ask and don't 'demand', and find a unique way of saying thanks :)
Enjoy your trip!
